Recently finished another vintage trailer painting. 

Sparky is making a cameo appearance.   8x10 inches acrylic on panel

I used colored pencil. ink and black thread for the face.  Piece is raw edge applique and fused, pieced and quilted.

Plein Air painting in Arroyo Grande

Started painting with the Thursday Painters group.  I forgot how much fun it is to paint outside.   Someday I'll get all the fancy gear but for now its a folding table and small easel.  My painting only fell face down in the grass twice.

I've switched from acrylics to oil paint  just for a change.   I have two started but it will be a while before they are finished.
